In this highly polluted world its very tough to keep our mane healthy and glowing. There are different symptoms which shows that our mane is getting damaged. Like, our hair may get tangled badly, it may fall repeatedly, it may grow white , it may loose its shine..etc.
Whatever be the case, today I would like to share some tips to maintain your hair well.
1)Apply only tested brands of shampoos
2)Use only those soaps which have lower concentration of base.
3)Trim your hair after few months periodically.
4)Message your hair periodically.
5)Use cold water to wash your hair.
6)Dry your hair properly after washing your hair.
7)You can apply curry leaf heated with coconut oil for half an hour .
8)you can extract the juice from a guava fruit and apply on your hair. Its good for hair.
9)For oily hair you can use this mixture. Boil some tea leaf in normal water and apply a whole lemon in it. After having a shampoo, you can apply this mixture when it is cool.
10)For premature white hair, you can apply celery leaf boiled with lemon juice. you can also prevent white hair if you apply Amla and lemon juice mixture before going to sleep.
11)For getting shiny hair, you can apply coconut milk .
12) For dandruff problem, you can take two spoons of Methi seeds dipped in water and keep it overnight. The next day apply this Methi with curd.
13)Curd massage is very effective in preventing dandruff.
14)Your liver is directly connected with your hair. So taking care of your liver will do good to your hair too. So drink stuffiest quantity of water, too.
15)Eating vegetables is good for hair.

19) Take care while combing your hair. go slow while combing. Dry your hair and then use comb. Do not ever comb your hair in a hurry.
