We all want to reduce weight because obesity is very common these days and obesity is a disease as told by doctors.
So in order to get rid of our extra weight and obesity lets look into some healthy habits and food habits which are simple and easy to follow .
The very first focus should be on calories. This calories burning can effectively reduce our weight in a convenient direction. If we exercise daily for one hour and go for walking for at least 45 minutes or more according to our calories then that's the best process of reducing weight in a healthy way.
Sometimes we do not have space to walk around our residence then we can use the roof or climb the stairs frequently or increase the hours of exercise in our own house itself.
We can practice effective Yoga's and do them patiently and consistently for at least one month. This helps in our total body development.
While taking calls we can walk and take the calls for reducing our weight. We have to avoid sitting in one place for a long time and that's very important.
Then we have to concentrate on seasonal diet. Whatever fruits or vegetables are available in our country during winter or any other season in that part or state in our country, we have to intake those food in proper amount.
Like in West Bengal we can have mangoes in summer because its available in abundance. Another important tip is to take small amount of food during each meal. Our calorie intake should not surpass our calorie burn. We have to keep in mind.
Then we have to eat freshly cooked food within 1 hour and that's a healthy way of getting the best condition of food.
We have to expose ourselves to nature at least during one part of the day and that has an effect on reducing weight. It gives us a mental relaxation because Nature heals naturally .
We have to have salad and curd in out diet daily because that helps in metabolism and healthy reduction of weight.
You need to avoid outside food and junk food and cold drinks and sugar.
We also have to chew the food for a long time and complete the food.
If we can feel the taste and smell of the food while chewing we can actually induce ourself to better metabolism which is required for healthy weight reduction.
And all these steps have to practiced daily for at least a month for the best of results.
