You can first do one thing. You can cut the bread pieces into small square pieces and keep them in a bowl. Then you add a little butter or oil to cook the vegetables. First cut the vegetables into small pieces and cook them into the oil or butter. This cooking requires about 10 minutes. But try to cook the vegetables in sim so that you cook them well. Add salt and Maggie masala or any other masala that's tasty for you. Then after cooking the vegetables add the bread pieces to the masala veg mixture.
Cook well for about 20 minutes in sim. You can also add some toppings and add some extra piece of coriander and other leaves or some tomato sauce. You can avoid the Maggie masala if you do not like the flavor. Some like it. But I do not like that much. You can add some more vegetable options also like cabbage or cauliflower or capsicums, carrot, garlic or other leaves available in winter. It depends on your preferences. Its a very easy recipe where you can mix all suitable vegetables for an effective meal for a breakfast.
