Reduce This Thing In Life For A Good Life

There are certain habits in us which actually cause a lot of trouble and stress in our lives. And that could be procrastination and some other things. 

For a person who goes to office or a home maker, the rule is the same. You have to complete your work on time. 

And if you are getting up late in the morning then your entire day is delayed. 

So whatever work target you have in a day, you need to have a determination to complete them in the duration of the complete day. You should not leave out any work for tomorrow. You can take baby steps or little work at a time . But you should have the determination to complete those little work by the end of the day.

At times while working we feel tired, stressed and very sleepy. We should never sleep during work . Sleeping time is only at night. Sleep at least for 6 hours to 8 hours, more than that is not required. 

 Many people get success just by completing daily's work with discipline, but many people just keep it for the next day. They take a small sleep or np in between work, or waste their time and fail to reach their target. 

This small small targets in a day can actually make us reach huge success or suffer huge failure if not completed on time. 

It is our natural urge to delay each work and be lazy very often. And if we are not paid for any work or if their is no instant reward for any work, then we just try to delay it by giving ourselves different reasons.

So if a minute work is delayed and not completed on time , it can lead to a great difficulties in future. 

I have myself experienced these things in my life so I have expressed my thinking with everyone here.

There are many people in this world who do not do great things in life or who are not geniuses in their lives  but they simply complete their daily work on time and lead a peaceful and magnificent life. 

I have seen students who gets into typical stress just because of gathering their homework . These students waste away their time during which they should have completed their homework. Ultimately this laziness may make them loose a year in their lives detained in the same class.
