There are few few movies made for the actual fighting class of our country. Mohananda is such a film which speaks about the problems and fight of the tribal people in our country. This is a Bengali film where the main focus is about the tribal revolt that started in Bengal by the Santhal tribes. 

This film speaks about the fights for justice of the great personality , Birsa Munda from the Munda tribe.  The heights of injustice faced by the tribal people done by the ruling party and their evil politics to diminish the simple tribal people is what compels Mahasweta Devi to write for them. 

This great Indian writer was also an activist who fought for the rights of the tribal people. 

The film is portrayed from the point of view of the lady writer called Mohananda played by Gargee Roychowdhury. 

This film speaks about the struggle that the lady writer undergoes to stand for the rights of the tribal people. 

There are many tribal people who were and are being brutally killed because they want their rights and justice. These tribal people are pure innocent and simple people who want to save the mother earth , who has nothing to do with politics. They are simple village crowd who lives on farming and they have their own rich culture.

These tribal people are honest and cultured people of the highest order. But they have been brutally killed and done injusticew with for a number of years. Even now political people are so wicked that they brutally rape their girls and burn them alive. The tribal men are also burnt alive. But these cases are so smartly portrayed by the political parties that the entire blame is put on these innocent hardworking people. They have struggled for a lot of time. Even now they are struggling but trust me I have been to these tribal areas and found the innocence of these people. They are highly cultured than any of the rahjas or Maharajas of our country. 
So when a film of these sort are being made, its really good for us because our youth and children hardly knows about the tribal class. These film should be translated to all other languages to show the truth and struggle of the innocent tribal people. The actors of this film has done a great job and so are the singers and director. 

I just want this film to be dubbed inall other regional language of India and even other countries. then many people will get to know about our Indian tribal people and their struggle.
