Eating Quality Food Product Is The Best Investment Of Lifetime

We all want to do a health insurance or a life insurance with our income. But trust me the best investment is to invest on quality food. 

We often burgain in the stores while buying vegetables or food items. Well thats okay till you are buying the best quality food. 

We need to invest a part of our income on the quality of food we are buying. Like how we spent money on our house decoration, cars, cosmetics, clothes and tours, similarly our daily food needs to get a similar importance or rather more importance than these. 

We should give importance about the vegetables we are buying from the market. We need to buy fresh vegetables from the market. Now what's fresh and good for us?

Sometimes we find vegetables with spots or curvy and not the regular shinning and glamourous looking ones. These vegetables might be the best ones than the shining ones. So have the wisdom while buying fresh vegetables.

We need to stop spending on outside food or StreetSide junks . Those are not good investment on food. See , we have a calculated amount of money to spent on food items and if we eat panipuri and pau-bhaji or bhelpuri everyday just to get rid of our stress or boredom, then much of our good money is lost on bad things.

You might say that we also need to eat those food, they are so tasty and refreshing. But the fact is that , yes you can have them once in a while but everyday investing money on outside junk food is a wrong investment from both sides. Both from your financial point of view as well as health concerns.

So whats important for every one of us is to understand our body requirement. We first need to calculate out basal metabolic index and then we need to find the diet suited for that. 

We also need to get tested for our diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid and e.c.g , blood sugar levels , done. Today at a very young age people are falling sick and even death occurring due to ignorance to our body and health.

Now only eating green vegetables and fruits will not solve the problem. 

We need to focus on a proper balanced diet. And for that we need to have all sorts of good food in our diet. And investment done on good and quality food product is an investment for a lifetime. 

In fact the best investment…!!
