When we cry , we are in the most weak state of mind. We feel that we are in a most miserable life. And specially ‘Men’ feel the worst because they are not used to with crying. Crying is only for Women and that's how most of us feel.
But there are many good things about crying which is very exciting to know.
Crying gives us relief from our pain-
May be all our problems do not get sorted immediately after crying, but crying helps in giving rise to such chemicals in our body which stabilizes our pain. We might feel terrible while crying but after the cry is over we get a fresh feeling and the most refreshed feeling to start fresh.
Crying helps us to carry on with our life easily-
At times we don't usually know how to deal with the different problems of our lives. A little bit of crying can help us to manage to deal with them in a refreshing way. Sometimes we get a good sleep after we have cried a lot. This is very very healthy sleep to forget the negativities of our lives.
Crying helps us to feel light and sort out out problems-
Sometimes we don't understand how to end up the problem but a little bit of crying helps us to feel light and it also explains the other people involved that we are in an uneasy state of mind. This helps in an urgent solution of the problem. Be it a boy or a girl, crying, the opposite party will get emotional seeing them crying.
But we should never use this as a weapon to make our work done from our partners. That wont help.!!!😊😊
Crying helps us to forgive and forget-
Sometimes we are not able to forget the mistakes of our partners or business partners and colleagues. We get terrible feeling of us getting cheated and underestimated. We are at the lowest depth of depression. WE do not get an idea to escape from our problems. We are in such vulnerable state of mind that we feel like breaking into tears. Some of us can cry at those moments but some of us cannot. Those who can cry at those moments can easily forgive and forget. But others will find it difficult.
When some closest relations of us die, we get tears in our eyes. This is something that we cannot help at those moments. But it is something which help us to balance our emotional weaknesses at that sensitive point of time.
So crying is not always a sign of epressing our inner weaknesses but its also good for our well being .
