Hello my dear friends.. Welcome back to my blog and hope you guys are safe. I am back with a new topic. Any guess about it ?

Ok .. I will tell . Today's blog is about Banana. Sweet, and beautiful banana.

It is said that eating an apple a day can keep the doctor away. This suggestion is more appropriate for bananas.

Bananas have many benefits. You can take it with you wherever you go. It can be eaten at any time. There are also a lot of nutrients. It is not wrong to describe the banana as the emperor of fruits. Let’s pointut  more facts about banana 

Characteristics of banana

  • Bananas contain more carbohydrates than apples.
  • Bananas provide a lot of energy. Eating two bananas gives you the energy to exercise for an hour and a half.
  • Eating bananas in the afternoon relieves fatigue.
  • Bananas are high in potassium
  • It helps to increas  blood flow and maintains heart rhythm precision. Maintains hydration balance.
  • Provides protection against diseases such as stroke.
  • Eliminates constipation. Its fiber protects against intestinal diseases
  • Increases energy.
  • Those who ate one banana three times daily were found to have increased brain capacity.
  • Bananas are helpful for those who want to quit smoking. . Banana fruit reduces mental and physical stress.
  • Bananas are good for pregnant women. It helps to balance the body temperature of pregnant women.
  • In case of mosquito bites, rub the bite on the skin of the banana. The discomfort will change.
  • Bananas help prevent acidity and ulcers.
  • Protects intestinal health. Bananas act as anthocyanins naturally.
