Hii everyone.  How are you all.  In this blog let see some intresting facts and information about cockroaches.  Let get started.  Cockroaches prefere for warm areas near food and water, so cockroaches are frequently found in homes and areas where humans lives. Unfortunately, especially in children, cockroaches can cause allergies and asthma. They have the ability to disperse 33 distinct types of germs.

Different kinds of cockroaches:

There are thousands of different kinds of cockroaches in the globe today, and they have been there for millions of years. German cockroaches, American cockroaches, brown-banded cockroaches, and Oriental cockroaches are a few of the most prevalent species.

Cockroach lifespan:

Although the average lifespan of cockroaches is roughly a year, it varies depending on the species. Lifespan is influenced by factors like food availability, habitat, and climate. German cockroaches are thought to only survive for approximately 100 days, but American cockroaches can live for roughly a year.

Cockroach strength:

Everyone is familiar with the power of ants, but cockroaches roaches also have incredible strength, making them incredibly hard to squash. Cockroaches can survive compression stresses of up to 900 times their body weight.

Cockroach milk:

Cockroach milk

Cockroaches of the Diploptera punctata species generate a milk-like, crystalline substance that is high in protein called "cockroach milk." Humans can obtain this milk by killing female cockroaches and removing it from their midguts; it is used as food for their young.

Cockroach vission:

Cockroaches are able to see us, therefore when we come into their field of vision, they often flee in terror. The cockroach's eye is a compound lens-like structure consisting of over 2,000 tiny photoreceptors that enable them to see in total darkness.

What does cockroaches eat?

As omnivores, cockroaches consume both plants and animals. Cockroaches are not fussy eaters, although they do prefer grains, sugar, oily meals, and meats. They will gorge themselves on nearly everything that was once a live thing, including plants and animals.

Cockroach bite:

Although they have been observed to consume both living and deceased human flesh, they are more prone to consume fingernails, eyelashes, feet, and hands. The bites may result in oedema, rashes, and irritation. A few people have experienced mild wound infections.

What does cockroaches hates?

Cockroaches can be successfully repelled by the use of essential oils including peppermint, cedarwood, and cypress. These insects also avoid coffee grounds and crushed bay leaves because of their strong odour. Powdered sugar and boric acid can be combined to kill them naturally if you want to give it a shot.

Biggest cockroach:

The cockroach genus Megaloblatta belongs to the Ectobiidae family. It contains Megaloblatta longipennis, the largest species of extant cockroach, which has a wingspan of up to 22 centimetres (8.7 in) and a maximum length of 11.4 centimetres (4.5 in).
