Almost everyone hides their feelings…

She's Trying To Hide her Emotions, But It Will Distract her
Most people hide their feelings from time to time.

Suppose your partner revealed something at a family gathering that you asked him to keep a secret. You're upset and embarrassed, but you pretend that everything is fine until you get home, where you can talk to yourself. You don't want to argue in front of the extended family and escalate the conflict.

Occasional suppression of emotions usually doesn't cause problems as long as you eventually work through them in a healthy and productive way.

However, this can become a problem if it becomes mainstream and affects your ability to communicate authentically.

Why people hide their emotions
People often learn to suppress their emotions for a number of key reasons.

To avoid revealing your "weaknesses"
Expressing your feelings can leave you vulnerable, and it is perfectly normal to avoid revealing your weaknesses to others. often.

You may be afraid that expressing certain emotions will cause others to judge you and believe that you cannot handle your emotions. As a result, you hide sadness, fear, disappointment, and other negative emotions.

You may also worry about other people using these feelings against you, especially if this has happened to you before.

To avoid hurting yourself
People often hide their feelings to protect their relationships.

When someone you care about does something that upsets you, you can choose to hide your displeasure.

When you can’t work through problems, they’ll probably keep happening. You might eventually become angry and resentful, and these feelings could trigger the conflict you wanted to avoid. You could also start avoiding people who provoke certain emotions, possibly losing relationships you value.

Yes, their actions have bothered you. But if they react negatively when you tell them how you feel, you can lead to an even more painful conflict.

Suppressing emotions can become so habitual that it begins to happen unconsciously, so you may also notice that you're starting to lose touch with your own emotions

Pretending that you don't have certain feelings can help you avoid expressing them openly, but it doesn't make them go away. In fact, suppressing your emotions can actually make them more intense.

A classic example of this involves anger. Many people think that it is better to defuse anger than to express it.

But suppressing your anger means you don't deal with it, so it continues to surface and boil under your mask of calm. Eventually, when you can't hold back any longer, you can explode - and not necessarily at the person who drove you crazy.

So instead, you choose to avoid the conflict altogether. That is more better way

Conclusion :

The moon is always alone and myself too.. 🚶🏻‍♀️
