helloo everyone!!

I am doing good and I hope that all of you are doing good as well. Last week I read a book “ the subtle art of not giving a fck” well I can't use the whole word but I guess you will understand it anyhow. The first thing I will say about this book is that all of us need to read this seriously. I mean how many of us care about stupid things in our daily life? FROM WAKING UP TO GOING TO BED. we do give a f*ck about everything. Before reading this book i used to care about every single thing like why the hell she got good marks, she got good looks or she is visiting to new places always. you can replace it with a “he” if you want to. Anyhow the point is why do we care and think about people whom we barely know and compare their lives with us. 

trust me on this if go through existential crisis too this is the one book to read. one thing i liked about this book is that it tell us  the stories in such a fun way that you will forget that you are reading a self help book. you just have to understand it and implement it in your life completely. basic things which we never knew or never thought about you know kind of the the other way around thing ya that is it. It will lead you too think what the hell you were doing with your life till now. Comparing your lives with other people. bro they got a different lifestyle different level of hard work, different family etc. etc. so how possibly can we compare ourselves with them. 

my last blog was on the topic of this book too. we have to be negative in our life sometime to think what is the real problem. this book also talks about our emotions. line i loved the most was "emotions are overrated". indeed they. biologically we are build to feel things. but we don't have to make a fuss about it and always let our emotions control us. It can end us up in depression. best thing to know is never be afraid of death. It takes the fun out of living the life. all of us have the limited no. time allotted on this earth right so why not make the best out of it. Read this one you are going to enjoy it.
