Dear colleague Aastha,
This letter is just a midium to let you know how thankful I am towards you. When I first joined over company, I was scared. Joining as a fresher in a MNC was like dream came true, but along with the happiness we also gets the nervousness. And You are the one who helped me to overcome that with your kindness.
I don't know how much age difference we had, but you were alway there like a wise guider to help me. Your sweet, welcoming aura and always forcing me to get mixed with other team members; now helped me to get along with our incredible team members. If that time you haven't took a first step, I might be still finding ways to know them.
I liked your amazing nature in a lockdown. When everyone of us had to work from home. We were miles away apart, but even then you treated me with full support. I remember sending you messages time to time, whenever I stuck with work. I know how much annoying that is, as now new team members do that to me - I get full irritated, but you always helped me with a smile on your face. Sometimes I wonder, how even you do that. You always shown a kindness towards me. You were the amazing mentor, who said their team members, “Kam band kar k so jao ab.. kitna Kam karoge.” So, believe me when I said, ‘ You gonna be terrible boss. Who will let her subordinates sleep away and do all their work instead.’ I remember you working extra somtimes completing my work. Everyone in the team likes you. You changed a company after a year. I was so sad about that. But when you leaved that time also you encouraged me. Gave me a useful piece of advice. Told me to believe in myself. I was so motivated.
You know what, their are really few people you met in your life, who makes you think to change yourself. You meet very few people in your life who will inspire you to be like them. You are the first one like that for me. I am totally not kind person, but I'll try my best to spread a kindness you shared with me.
Thank you for teaching me that “world is not that bad.” Thanks for teaching to believe in myself and thanks for your kindness.
Yours Thankful☺️
