Today I am going to telling about some chutney recipe. We are making dosa at home wiith sambar or salma or potato curry. But today I am telling about those chutney, which is you can eat with dosa and wow😳😳.
So don't be late, Let it be start.
TYPE - 1 (COCONUT WHITE CHUTNEY )
INGREDIENTS
2 cup of grated coconut
1 no. of big onion (sliced the onion)
5 no. of green chilly
1 inch of ginger cut
Some of curry leaf
⅓ cup of roasted channa
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil
1 tsp of MustardSeed
3 no. of whole dry red chilli
METHOD
Take mixier jar put grated c, slicedonion, G chilly, ginger, C leaf, channa and salt. Add some water and paste very finely. Continue pasting till get smooth paste.
Then take it out in a bowl, add water as per your choice of theekness of chutney.
Check salt
At last take a pan put oil, let wait for oil heat.
Then add Mustard seed, wait for crackle .
Then add dry red chilli and some curry leaves. Cook till red chilli colour change to light brown.
Now put in chutney, and mix well.
TYPE - 2 ( COCONUT RED CHUTNEY )
INGREDIENTS
3 cup of gratecoconut
2 no. of onion ( rough cut )
½ cup of chutney channa
2 inch of gingercut
10 no. of whole red chilli
Some of curry leaves
1 tbsp of Urdu dal
Salt to taste
Oil
1 tsp of Mustard
METHOD
Put gratecoconut, onion cut, c.channa, cut ginger, curryleaves and salt in mixer jar.
Now take a pan add oil, then add Urdu dal, wait for dal colour getting change to golden, then add red chilli. Saute it.
Now add in mixer jar, add some water and make smooth paste.
If need more water to make medium theek paste, so add some more water, if not then don't add.
Take it out in a bowl, check salt.
If it ready , then take same pan, add oil let it be heating oil, now add Mustard seed, then add red chilli and c.leaves. Your tadka is ready
Now add in chutney, mix well.

Those chutney is simple to make in your home, also tasty to eat with dosa.
