"A salad is a dish contain some pieces of mix food.and atleast with a raw ingredient. Salads come in dollops of health, taste and energy of sorts"

Try out this recipe at your home. This is very health salad. I am going to tell about some benefits of this salad means, about beetroot and orange.

BENEFITS OF BEETROOT

Beetroot have so much benefits for human beings. It have antioxidant, full of minerals,fiber and vitamins. It helps to reduce blood pressure, control blood circulation, prevent from cancer, purifing bloodand liver in body, increase your body stamina, and also helps to care of your eyes.  Etc.

BENEFITS OF ORANGE

Also orange have so much benefots for human. It have full of fiber and minerals,high amount of vitamin-c. It helps to increase your immunities. And also have different type of benefits, like good digesition, low cholestrol, control your blood pressur, Prevent from ( kidney stone, cancer, and heart attack ), take care of your skin from infection, increase your blood ciculation, destroy bad breathe, keep strong bone and teeth, help in weight loss. Etc.

This salad also contain honey, so honey also have high amount of antioxidant, honey is always related to our health of benefits.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bunches of medium beetroot.
  • Orange - Three numbers.
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves.
  • Wallnuts chopped to garnish

MUSTARD AND HONEY DRESSING

  • Orange juiced - One no.
  • Seeded mustard - one tbsp
  • Honey - One hundred thirty gm ( one by three cup)
  • Light oilve oil - One hundred twenty five mls.

PREPARATION METHOD

  • Cut the beetroot leaves and keep the stems two cm above the bulbs.
  • Wash the all beetroots ( be careful about not to break the skin ) and place in a big pan.
  • Pour the water in same pan.
  • Cover the beetroots with water and keep flame in high heat to bring the boil them.
  • Reduce gas or heat to medium flame for thirty five mintues or untill beetroot is fully cooked. Then check the beetroot its got bolied or not at boiling time.when checking time try not to cut the beetroot too many times during cooking. Because if this break skin then much of the texture, flavour and colour will be lost.
  • Stain the beetroot in a colander and keep aside to cool down.
  • Then peel the oranges with using a small sharp knife and out or remove all white pith.
  • Cut the orange every piece in between each of the segment, And keep aside.
  • To make the mustard and honey dressing, add the orange juice with mustard and honey, then whisk to mix this three item to make dressing.
  • Then add olive oil in a slowly slowly in dressing, and continue whisking.
  • Peel the skin of beetroot, the cut beetroot into cube pieceses and mix with orange segment in a bowl.
  • Then add dressing in the mixture of beetroot and orange.
  • After that shift salad in a serving bowl, and garnish with coriander leaves cuts and walnuts.
