Today i was try new recipe. I was getting very tasty. Now i want to share this recipe with you guys.
This recipe name is prawns moilie pasta ( chemmin moilie pasta ). White sauce pasta is basically origin from italy. But this recipe is prawns moilie sauce in pasta. This sauce making with ideas from kerala style. I hope you like this and try it your home.
INGREDIENTS
200 gm of Butter.
300 gm of Small size prawns.
Each 200 gm of Pasta ( Maccroni, Fusilli ).
5 to 6 nos. Cardamom.
½ tsp of Fenugreek seed.
1 tbsp of chopped Ginger.
6 to 7 nos. Garlic cloves.
4 tbsp of Chopped onion.
Some Of Curry leaves.
3 nos Chooped green chilly.
2 nos. Cube tomato.
1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
2 tsp of Black pepper crushed.
1½ cup of Thick coconut milk.
Salt to taste.
5 to 6 nos. Basil leaf ( optional ).
METHOD
Separate the head of prawns, Nicely clean head, wash both, keep separate head and body.
Head for making stock water, stock water need to boil pasta.
Take a pan put 100 gm of butter, then add prawns head, cook till head colour getting change.
Now add curry leaf, salt and water to nicely boiling head.
After that take it out from water. In same stock water put pasta and boil for 7 min. Then stain in a colander and spring some cold water. Keep aside.
Take an another pan, put 100 gm of butter , wait for butter melting.
Now add cardamom and fenugreek seed, cook till crakcled. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilly and onion, saut it well.
After that add salt and turmeric pwd, saute it.
Add prawns, curry leaf, and pepper crushed. saut it.
Then add cube tomato, saut well. Cooked till prawns getting cook.
Then add pasta, and mix well.
Then at last add coconut milk. Mix well. Cook in slow flame.
Keep stiring till coconut milk getting creamy texture.
Then add basil leaf, mix it and off the flame.
Ready to serve, prawns moilie sauce pasta.
