INGREDIENTS
8 piece of skinless, boneless chicken thighs, each thighs cut into 1½ inch pieces.
1 Tin of sliced cut large black olives.
For Marination
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
2 tsp of lemon zest finely grated.
2 tbsp of lime juice fresh.
2 tsp of kosher salt.
1 tsp of black pepper ground.
METHOD
Take a bowl and add all marination ingredients mix well togather. Add chicken pieces and mix thoroughly to coat. Keep aside for 30 mins to absorbed marination taste before grilled.
Ready the grill for cooking over medium heat 180° C to 200° C.
Take skewers to skewe chicken.
Now skewe all chicken and olives one by one. put in griller. Cover with griller lid. In 5 to 6 min have to turn chicken. Turn 2 to 3 times only.
Then put out side for 2 mins.
Again cooked for 2 mins.
Now your skewers ready to eat.
Serve hot.
NOTE :- IF YOU GUYS USING BAMBOO STICK, THEN SOCK STICK FOR 30 MINS IN WATER.
