Hi everyone through this blog I will share some knowledge about how to become strong from physically and mentally both.
This is very important to keep our body strength up to the mark and doing regular exercises keep our body as well as our mind fresh. Exercises increase the blood and oxygen flow to the brain, which helps the brain to become young and active. Also during exercise our muscles contract and relax. This improves our body structure. This also build strength in the body and increase efficiency of doing of work. We also play outside game instead of physical exercise. This is also good for our body.
People generally suffer from the disease of forgetting the things and also many of the students forget what they learn. This happen as just because they never revise regularly what they study. Therefore, the brain is not able to break the forgetting curve. So, In order to break this forgetting curve students and other people also have to revise/ recall regularly what they have studied like a list of grocery items, things to do, or any thing else that comes to the mind. Remembering large quantity of information and recalling it regularly keep the mind active.
Be aware about our surroundings and other people. Stimulate conversation and discussion with new and different type of people improves our knowledge about a topic. Talking to people and be socialize is good habit for human as we all are social animal and have emotions, feelings and thoughts.
Solving puzzles makes a great exercise for your brain. Trivia games can boost memory and jigsaw puzzles can help visual and spatial skills. These games will enhance memory, attention, concentration and more.
Reading is a great stimulus for our brain. By reading good books we achieve success in the life. We feel good after reading a book and this also helpful as it increases our vocabulary.
Laughter is a happy sound β it is something we can all share and understand, whatever language we speak or place we come from. Laugh is a really important part of our lives. Laughter gives us many benefits β social benefits, medical health benefits, and physical health benefits
We laugh up-to 30 times more when we are in the company of others than we are by ourselves. When they say that laughter is contagious they will really right.
