Do you ever feel as though your family and friends aren't there for you? It can be difficult to deal with unhelpful friends and relatives while you're depressed. It's crucial to surround yourself with individuals who either comprehend your condition or are willing to try. You may experience severe discouragement if your friends and relatives are unsupportive, blaming you for your disease' symptoms or making careless remarks.

Receiving no support from family or friends might occasionally be an indication that certain relationships are simply not working. Eliminate negative influences from your life or find strategies to lessen the harm they cause.

No matter what you do, there will always be those who are hurtful and mean-spirited. Remove them from your life if you can. Find measures to either minimise your contact with them or fortify yourself against their insensitive behaviour if you are unable to break up with them.

They don't deserve your level of success.

Everyone experiences sadness from time to time, just as everyone experiences joy, rage, pride, and a wide range of other emotions. In other words, everyone experiences emotions, and those emotions are always shifting.


When we're having fun, for example, we may feel cheerful, yet other times we may feel depressed (such as when we lose a loved one). Whatever the emotions, they are genuine and necessary for living.


Realizing that, despite your best efforts, not everyone is going to like you is one of the most freeing experiences of your life. Whatever happens, you will always have some supporters and some detractors. So, the wisest course of action in this circumstance is to quit worrying so much about other people. Realize that whether they like you or not is irrelevant; all that matters is that you are happy with yourself.

Everything in life is energy, and you are wasting it when you are overly concerned with whether or not the other person likes you and are making a lot of effort to make them happy so they like you. By concentrating it on yourself, you may use this energy wisely. So that you can strive towards leading an honest life rather than a life of pretence, concentrate your focus on understanding yourself as well as your objectives, values, and aspirations.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.


Being alone or having no one to lean on makes it difficult to stay motivated. Nobody is worth worrying about. Leave others behind, move forward, and seek yourself. It's all yours.
