         Spending time in nature can improve memory, lower stress hormones, and reduce feelings of depression or anxiety, among other perks. Being in nature can help clear your head and bring you into the present moment, and is a great way to de-stress and relax .

       Nature is a gift of God.Nature is considered as the mother who protect the human. When we love the nature and enjoy the beauty of it,nature love us back and give the twice love towards us.

           When a single photo 📸 of a flower 🌼 is very beautiful..and the beauty of a flower give relief to those people suffering from the emotionally and mentally.

          So Don't destroy the nature when we love and the nature give back more than the twice love we give.

            True nature lover would understand what nature has given and would not need anybody else to make them understand what is beautiful and what is not. We would be able to find beauty everywhere, see each and every thing in more clear way and more beautifully.

There are many Nature quotes like;

     *The greatest glory in living lies.        not in never falling, but in rising         every time we fall…..

  • The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing. - ...
  • Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. ...
  • If life were predictable it would cease to be life, and be without flavor.                                                                 “   Love is an elemental force of nature, like gravity or electromagnetism. The power that drives the stars is the same that compels the heart. Love is a verb not a noun, after all. It is recognized through its evidence, its empirical impacts on our life and how it changes us”
  •                       From a stroll through a city park to a day spent hiking in the wilderness, exposure to nature has been linked to a host of benefits, including improved attention, lower stress, better mood, reduced risk of psychiatric disorders and even upticks in empathy and cooperate.        Q) Why do we spend time in nature?

               More recently, a 2019 study found that spending 120 minutes outside each week — which can be broken up into smaller blocks of time — was associated with better health and well-being. And another study from 2021 revealed that just 30 minutes of outdoor time could lower blood pressure by almost 10%.

But the beauty of nature is more than the greenery. Everything you feel and see around, including Mountains, Forests, Rivers, Birds, Plants, Animals, Air, etc. – all are a part of the beauty of nature. Nature is the lifeblood of all living creatures in the world.

 JUST OPEN THE EYE AND SEE THE BEAUTY OF NATURE…DECREASE THE TIME YOU SENT IN MOBILE AND A WALL…JUST CAME OUT AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY…

                                      Thank you 😊
