Feeling embarrassed can be a very frightening experience. You could probably experience weird, picked on, stupid, ugly or worthless, even when you have achieved now no longer some thing wrong.   3. You are human with little extra or little less abilities or having few falws…. but that's completely alright because you do have a chance to update yourself. If you are perfect in all the terms so how could you will see the best version of yourself and that will add monotonous routine in life.
  4. Treat yourself as a work to progress step towards beautiful journey 😊don't sacrifice your mental health to achieve a perfect body.  “Too fat , too skinny “ ”Too tall , too short “doesn't make any changes just realize that we are all  ”too" something
