What To Do When You Feel Low Or Sad?

We are all human beings at some or the other point of the time we may feel sad depressed or we may feel low. But when we feel sad we will not be knowing what to do some people will cry so that they will get some really some people will take an app and some others will do the things which the like. I would suggest some more things which could make your heart smile and get out of that sad phase. These are the things you must do when you feel low they are:

  1. Watch sky and birds: when you look at the sky you see so many shape of clouds and varieties of birds flying if you go up on your terrace and watch everything around you your mind gets tired and you start thinking about some other things which you see at that point of time through your eyes and it gives you a some kind of soothing feel when you watch the sky and the birds chirping.
  2. Plug in your earphones: when you feel low the best thing to do is to put on your earphones and listen to your favourite songs try to listen some high beats song so that you are mood gets cheered up rather than listening to a depressed song. Music acts as a  therapy, if music can cure disease like cancer then it can definitely cure your time being sadness right? 
  3. Watch the night stars and the moon: if you see the stars and see the moon you talk to them if you share all your feelings to moon you feel relieved as well as the shining stars in the sky will brighten up your mood you can see varieties of patterns of stars and play games with that connecting the stars and enjoy instead of being sad.
  4. Talk with your loved ones or parents: if you feel very depressed or all negative stuffs cover you up then please talk with your loved ones or your parents and share all that you feel so that you will feel relieved and your heart may feel light.
  5. Play with your dog: this is the best thing to do when a person is sad because dogs are the man's best friend and they understand as they are the only  living being which don't hurt us. playing with your dog and sharing what you feel with your dog gives you an immense satisfaction.
