Hello my dear fellow bloggers it has been so many days since I wrote a blog I had taken a break due to my semester exams and I am now back with a new concept called types of offer which is related to commerce and management subject called as banking regulations which is very helpful for the bachelor course students. Everyone who are from the commerce background needs to know about the types of offer while making the contract. This  also can be considered as a general topic where we get to know about how many types of offers can be made by a person.

Usually we classify the types of offers as 6 types which can be written as follows:

  1. Express offer: this is a type of offer where when an offer is making an offer he completely e expresses the offer in the form of spoken oral or written words the offer can be written in words or can be morally expressed where he says about the terms and conditions of the offer in his vocal words or else by writing it in a paper while making the contract.
  2. Implied offer: this is a type of offer which is influenced by the position or implied by the position in which the members are in. For example if if an employee is making a contract with the employer then it can be called as implied offer where it is implied by the position of them that is authoritative and responsibility relationship.
  3. Specific offer: this is an offer where a specific individual can make it we cannot offer it to everyone and only a specific person can be given the offer is called as a specific offer.
  4. General offer: This is an offer which can be generally made and the acceptance for the offer can be given by anyone or everyone as a whole this is completely opposite to specific offer where everyone or anyone can accept the offer as per the terms and condition.
  5. Counter offer: this is a type of offer where the acceptor of the offer back of a something else to the offer.
  6. Cross offer: it is an offer where two people aur two persons offer the same thing unknowingly.
  7. Standing offer: it is an offer for suitable long period of time it's a long durable offer.

Hence the above are the types of offer which a person can make.
