We all know that The Mahābhārata is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India, the other being the Rāmāyaṇa. It narrates the struggle between two groups of cousins in the Kurukshetra War and the fates of the Kauravas and the Pāṇḍavas. In jainist Mahabharata the story is totally different from the normal one.
We all know Draupadi, wife of Pandavas. We see many people teasing her and calling her using disgusting words. But no one knows the truth, Draupadi has always been taunted for being married to five men. The actual fact was known by only few people. Being a woman Draupadi has seen lots of fluctuations and criticisms in her life, yet she chose to be strong. The actual reason that Draupadi had married to five men is that, every year a different girl would come inside the body of Draupadi and that one girl was a wife for any one of the Pandavas. While Arjuna's wife came inside her body rest of the Pandavas used to address Draupadi as “Bhabhi”. They used to respect Draupadi. But instead of knowing the truth every one criticized Draupadi.
Draupadi was black in colour she was also called as Krishnasundari. Despite of not having a fair skin tone, she was exquisite and ever charming. Many men loved her, some of her even tried to sexually harass her but she had the protection of Pandavas and Lord Krishna.
During war times the soldiers of Kauravas and Pandavas used to kill each other brutally but after the war, they used to talk friendly and walk near the banks of the river like nothing happened, the reason for this is that they thought war was between Kauravas and Pandavas, and that the friends can always be friends. But only during war times from 6 a.m. to 6 p. m. there was a strict mindset among them to slay each other as they were very obliged to their kings as well as their kingdom. Both the kingdom's soldiers used to play games together, chit chat with each other, put each other's hand on there shoulders and used to enjoy without enmity.
Like this, there are many situations that we don't know the actual facts or the truth but we start judging everyone knowing half and half or partial events of the incidents that has occurred. So let's first know the truth…!
