How To Schedule Your Day

I have seen many people who doesn't properly plan their day and few people won't even plan their. You must have to plan everything you do before you execute it, so that the objective of your choice will be accomplished easily. So here are some ways on how to schedule your day:

  1. Wake up early: Cultivate the habbits of waking up early because “Early to bed,early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.Set a timing of your choice between 4 to 7 and wake up as per the time you schedule.
  2. Drink a glass of water: You can drink a glass of water or any detoxing drinks in the morning and eat almonds, bananas or oats.
  3. Kick start your day by working out or doing yoga and meditation: keeping your body fit is one of the most important thing you have to do in order to stay healthy and calm. Meditate in order get inner peace, work out in order to keep your body stronger and fit. Dedicated 30 minutes of your day to work out.
  4. Take shower: Keep timings even to shower, keep yourself clean and dedicate some time to pray. 
  5. Eat healthy breakfast: set a timing to have breakfast and meals. Eat thrice a day as per the specified timings of your choice.
  6. Start working for what you wish: You will be having specified tasks or goals every single day. Try to give your best in order to accomplish what you desire. Your work hours can't be planned if you are working in an organized association so plan the before schedules as per the time convenient to you.
  7. Give time for your habbits, the things which makes you happy : Give time to your family,friends and the desires of your choice. Try to balance everything in life. Everyone will be having 24 hours per day, but how you manage that precious hours depends on you.
  8.  Go early to bed: Cultivate the habit of going early to bed so that it supports you to wake up early in the morning.
  9. Never skip the planned schedule: if you skip one thing and cannot handle the next plan you have made, you may feel messed up . That's okay to skip once but if you do that everytime you can't be efficient in managing things. Your whole day will be hectic.
  10. Take naps: If you had a hectic work day then take a nap. So that you can regain your energy and interest to further continue your plans.
