In India we have seen many cases related to various crimes where the people who haven't committed the mistake or the crime will be punished and the real culprits will escape. We have seen such type of incidents and read about it in the newspapers. We have also heard about a non criminal who had been put into jail and had been proven innocent after 15 or 20 years of their Jail or life imprisonment.

I am going to narrate one such story where a person named Ravi who was a software engineer was falsely accused for committing the crime. The case was filed against him saying that he was responsible for the murder of a well known politician named Raja. Ravi was working in a corporate firm. He had a loving family, He had recently got engaged to a girl and was about to get married to her.

Ravi and his fiancee used to roam across the the city and were enjoying. They were visiting several places and restaurants. Ravi and his fiancee had when to visit an apartment in order to book it. Ravi took 10 lakhs loan from the bank and did not inform anyone about this he wanted to surprise his parents and his family after buying the apartment.

After 2 days the well-known politician Raja was brutally murdered on the road. Police were investing the case about this murder and by seeing the CCTV footage as they got to know that some person is following Raja and that person was Ravi. The actual fact was Ravi wasn't following Raja he was doing his own works but it was a coincidence that Raja and Ravi voice recorded at the same place in the CCTV for three times and just by seeing the footages polife is considered that the software engineer Ravi was the murderer as he has took supari and booked an apartment. Ravi was arrested for the crime. Ravi's family and his fiancee was struggling to get him out from jail but police torture Ravi to death and made him accept the crime which he had not committed.

After all these incidents Ravi's parents committed suicide and his fiancee got married to someone else totally whole of his life was spoiled just by one false accusation he lost his parents and the girl he loved. Later after few days and young lawyer called Seema took up the case of Ravi and proved him innocent. Ravi had no reason to live but still he survived just because to prove that he was not a criminal and asked the judge that the police officers must be arrested and to be punished the same as the way they punished Ravi.
