The word discipline itself seems to sound someone who is perfect in his or her work. Someone who is very practical and do his job daily with same enjoyment and everyday with a great intensity.
You can too bring this habit of discipline to your life whether its doing your exercise, gym, diet, homework, studies or your home chores daily by doing this few motivational things too yourself daily.
The act of discipline should start everyday from the very first breadth you feel controlled by your mind. The time you wake from bed make sure you make your bed. what do I mean by it? I mean that, the very first task of making your bed makes you feel that YES I have completed the first task of the day and it gives you immense motivation to start your day with confidence and joy.
After this point you make yourself in some exercise even if it is of 10 min start with the small interval of time but consistent know what will make you exercise everyday is your first task of making bed daily each and every day I mean each and every day. The first task's motivation will make sure you do your exercise daily and exercise can make the most discipline if do it daily, you will ask why it makes us more disciplined? the answer is that the sense of feeling confidence, looking yourself a better shape everyday and day by day getting better will make you more disciplined at work or school.
The point comes now at what task you want your discipline focused to be because we some time not able to focus on some task but we feel regret about it each and every day .
The answer to question is take a glass of water drink it don't think to much after drinking take a deep breadth and start your work immediately rather than making small target of doing does thing make sure you face that like a ugly rude bull and continue to do it because we do not give up its our mind because it is emotion center of our body. Do not give up I know you feel like giving up but you know regret will be whole day but success will create impact.
Remember no one can defeat unless you are defeated by yourself.
