Cheery Even On Rainy Days

Hello guys.... Welcome back to my next blog!

We all love a sudden rain in the air after a long hot summer, right? Especially the earthy odour of the first rain at the end of summer, which is gracefully delicious. And drinking a cup of hot coffee while enjoying the sweet and rhythmic pouring of rain drops on leaves and almost withered branches, ere you go to your busy schedule. The delightness is beyond words to describe. 

But, what if those rainy and gray days keep on coming, again and again, day after day? Apparently, you will curse the rain indeed. Moreover, you won't be able to go outside and stuck indoors. Have you ever wondered why these changes in weather affect our whole human system? Some people might have joint pain along with mood swings, tiredness and lack of concentration. These are the symptoms related to changes in weather.

Meanwhile, some people can be happy and cheerful along with this gloomy weather. They won't mind even when it is pouring nonstop outside that they can't get out of their house.... They can be quite happy and energetic in anything they want to do, especially the indoor activities, while getting to enjoy the rain in its fullest.

Anyway, Here are some tips for you to be cheerful even through a long day full of nonstop rain and chill storms:

  • Keep the lights around you on. Even though it can boost you electric bill, it will be good for your mood and keep you alert despite the gloomy aura outside.
  • Instead of just pending the chores when you are stuck in your house, do something which gives you a healthy distraction like reading, drawing or watching a movie.
  • Go to gym as usual. In case, if it's not possible, find online exercise videos and try it in your own home.
  • Be the chef for the day. This one will give you more traits as well as happiness. The delight when your family appreciates you is another one. By keeping you busy, cooking can also offer a sense of comfort to your troubles mind.
  • Keep yourselves distracted by calling that friend or relative you wanted to call but not been able to.
  • If you are at work, walk around or warm yourself up during your breaks. The most efficient one for your sleepiness is drinking a cup of coffee or tea, but be careful not to exceed your limit of caffeine.
  • Don't just curse the rain all the time, try to enjoy it, listen to rhythmic sound it makes when pouring. Stay positive around chilly rain and cool storms.
  • And finally, get some sleep! Sleep well inorder to maintain a healthy brain and your beauty.
