On The Way To Positivity

We all know a Negative Mind can never gave us a Positive Life. But still we can't get rid from those negative feelings and thoughts. This problem became very serious because it affects our mental health. One can only be healthy physically if we have good mental health. Let's look at some good ways to avoid negative thoughts from mind.

  • Keep yourself busy: Do not sit idle. Whenever you will sit idle it is sure that you will think too much and found yourself in the mid of negative thoughts. It's better to keep yourself busy in those activities that you like the most. It can be related to your hobby or related to any household chores. You can go for shopping, water your plants, do gardening, listen to some good music, do cooking or can have get together with friends.
  • Think about good times: If sometime you are stuck in bad thoughts try to think about good days and good times. Starting coming out from your current situation and look at those good days. You will surely found yourself in good mood when you will start remembering those beautiful and happy times from past.
  • Talk to a positive friend: Sometimes there are few friends who are very good at helping us in bad situations. You can share your problem with them and ask for a good solution. Some friends act as a good  motivator who can re-energize positive power in you.
  • Listen to motivational videos: There are many motivational speakers like- Gaur Gopal Das, Sadhguru, Jay Shetty, Sandeep Maheshwari and many more. You can watch videos of these people which may help you in answering your questions.
  • Go outside and feel the nature: Nature have healing powers. Go away from your room for sometime and spend time in nature. This will act as relaxing therapy for your mind and soul. Watching sunset, chirp of birds, playing children will definitely take you away from your bad mood.
  • Take a Deep Breathe: Firstly I will suggest that start your day with good exercise because exercising releases good hormones in the body that will create positive energy for the entire day. Whenever negative thought persist, take a deep breathe and start thinking about another things. Swing your mood on the spot towards good thoughts.
  • Believe in God & Yourself: The one who is creator of everything, have believe in him. Believe in yourself because with positive power and energy you can achieve everything. Negative thoughts act as a roadblock as the same way positive thoughts act as a building block in the way of achieving goals. Have faith and trust.
