Sleep - How Important This Is??

Hello all!!! Hope you all doing good and great. And thanks for all your support and valuable opinion through comments. And also don't forget to share my blogs with your loved ones. Those blogs might be useful for someone so.., keep sharing and supporting me as always.

Sleep is very important activity done by all living organisms for healthy and happy life which leads to highest productivity. So.., how sleep gets disturbed and some facts about sleep were going to see in this blog.

Disturbed sleep : sleep can be disturbed in many ways some of the common factors are as follows: 

  •  Poor health conditions like common cold, fever, diarrhoea, and some health factors can disturb your sleep.
  • Noisy atmosphere like residential area near industries and factories or in highways due to their horn and travelling sound of harsh vehicle can interrupt your sleep.
  • During pregnancy.., is the major sleep deprivation I faced recently. Very hectic stage of everyone's life without family support. But I have some what a very satisfied family support to take care of my little one. That itself made me depressed. Without someone's support this stage in life is crucial.
  • Sudden visit of guest.., Guests or neighbours came home without informing you sometime this make you to have disturbed sleep.
  • Traditional festivals like Pongal, diwali, some people used to do all things get ready for tomorrow morning's Pooja or do some snacks for special occasions may disturb your sleep.
  • Family issues.. Family itself made of so many problems sometimes it tends to evolve like a volcano so at that time our sleep will be disturbed.
 

So this disturbed sleep may cause serious health issues like eye rashes, fatigue, low concentration, sometimes depressed etc.., 

All living beings need some sort of rest to work or perform various activities without fail. And is sleep. Sleep will help you to feel energetic and so relaxed. That's why everyone has known that 6 to 8 hours sleep is mandatory.

 

And  I have faced a lot of sleep regression due to my post pregnancy. New borns are very tough to handle without family support. A new mom is going through many changes in both body and mind and so please the family members take a note to give her som sleep. And my fellow bloggers please do share my blogs max.
