👀Tips To Have A Healthy Eye👀

Hello all!!! Hope you all doing good and great. And thank you all for all your constant support and valuable opinion through comments 💌

Healthy Body will give you Healthy Life. Here in this blog I'm going to share few ideas and knowledge to improve your health.., This will be helpful for you all and very easy to follow my ideas. And first, we'll start with our eye which is the most important. In this blog I'll be sharing some valuable tips to safeguard your eye and it's sight.

In this modern era, people facing many issues regarding health. But majority of children were facing this issue - The Improper Eyesight. The common reason behind this is covid lockdown. Those two years Children's were not allowed to go out and play. And parents allowed their child to use mobile phones and they thought then only child leaves their parents very free and relaxed. This made a severe problems in their eyesight.

Myself as a Dietician, Facing many cases with same problem - the abnormal eyesight. And they are asking a proper diet to overcome this issues. And I'm helping them to relieve from this temporary problem in Eyesight.

Tips to have a Healthy Eye:

  • Vitamin A :  This is a primary source to have healthy eye. Vitamin A which is transformed into Retinol which is the active form of vitamin A. And this Retinol is responsible for good vision. So, it is necessary to have enough amount of Vitamin A In regular diet.
  • Foods rich in Vitamin A : Vitamin A is highly available in liver, fish, eggs, milk and milk products, and also considerable amount is found in green leafy vegetables, fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, mango, grapes, apricot, papaya and vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes etc..,
 
  • Don't strain your eyes : Eyes are very precious gift from God and you should not make that eye to work hard.. give some rest for eyes from lights. Eye can get damaged by overtime to screen lights. For example.., television, mobile phones, laptops etc..,  Please give some rest to your eyes.
  • Exercise for Eyes : And there are so many exercises to improve and maintain eye sight. And I'm not having much knowledge in exercises and can see YouTube and do some exercises regularly. And make sure that any exercise should not harm your eyes too.
  • Adequate sleep : And this is mandatory for proper functioning of eyes. Minimum 7-9 hours of adequate sleep will improve your vision. And avoid screen time 30 mins before bed.
