5 Things You Should Do Every Morning When You Wake Up.

What do you do first after waking up every morning? And how you schedule your whole day? Almost everyone is at home nowadays due to lockdown and we are wasting this precious time knowingly, but why? Because we have become couch potatoes and we have nothing to do or we are just ignoring things and don't want to work hard anymore. But this is the time to open our eyes because once this time will go no one can bring it back for us. So we need a good schedule. Today we are going to discuss five things that everyone should do after waking up every morning.

1. Most of us prefer having tea or coffee after bed because of the laziness we feel after a long sleep but tea and coffee on an empty stomach can increase acidy. So have a glass of water first because your body doesn't take a single drop of water during the night and your body is dehydrated and that laziness is caused due to dehydration.

2. Don't touch your mobile phone after waking up as most of us do every morning. We check our WhatsApp, email, etc, and after that, we open our Instagram or Facebook and make ourselves engaged in watching posts and waste a good amount of productive time we can do all these things later so don't touch your phone just after the bed.

3. After getting fresh, do body stretching and some workout and trust me this will help you to stay active all day. It helps to boost your immune system which we all need at present.

4. Make a list of tasks you want to do today and arrange your tasks in order from difficult to easy and do difficult ones first so once you have done the difficult tasks you will have only easy things to do. 

5. Eat less oily food throughout the day and avoid junk food and you will feel more active and energetic you can have some nuts and soaked sprouts in the morning as your first meal.
