Nowadays everyone wants to have an effective personality so that he/she get more attention, priority and respect in the society. For an influential personality, a  well composed body is an essential requirement. Due to a strong desire to look attractive people especially who are overweight or obese  adopt different method to reduce their weight. Dieting is the most popular method adopted for weight loss. Although the early results of dieting may be encouraging, but in long run dieting leave harmful effect on body.

In most of the cases there is a considerable weight gain after you stop dieting. Due to lack of proper guidance, dieting has following effect on your body.

Pitfalls of dieting :-

Some of the pitfalls of dieting are stated below:

Inadequate nutrition:- During dieting,  people avoid intake of calories. Various studies indicate the even 800 calories a day cannot meet all the nutritional requirement of an individual. If a person cut down the intake of calories it might result in a huge weight loss,but at the same time it can prove to be harmful also. Less calories intake slow down the process of metabolism and as a result of this body weight will not be reduced in a healthy manner.

Restricting some nutrient:- Generally some nutrients like carbohydrates and fats are restricted dieting wheres in reality our body needs all type of nutrient for healthy functioning. If we don't take all the nutrient in required amount the proper functioning of body will be impaired

Skipping meal:- it is a fact that if you have a good metabolism rate you can maintain or lose weight if your metabolic rate is low you gain weight very easily. so if you skip meal it will lower your metabolism to conserve energy. so  skipping meal work against weight loss plans.  Studies  also show if you skip one meal you take more calories during the next meal. 

Calories intake throw the beverage: if you want to loss weight most probably you will lay stress or not to eat more and not to not on what you drink. In fact the baverage like coffee with ice cream and sugar canned juice and so directly contribute to weight gain. 

Understanding calories:-it is a fact that most of the person who go on dieting usually underestimate the number of calories to consume it is essential to be more aware of the amount of calories you take in your diet

 Teeth and blood related disorder:-diet reduce calcium, Phosphorus in the body is this led to decay of teeth apart from this symptoms of blood was also start appearing in the person.

in f act item program should not be adapted so that there is a certain of required nutrient in the body of the city can be avoided by eating proper food and exercising at the right time the structure of your body is such that you should continue to work continuously being physically inactive is harmful to health always remember this fact that as long as you continue to rise you can do whatever you want while not violating the boundary.
