What is religion?

As we know religion it is belief upon god and we have our ways to practice it such as praying ,and as we know  religion is comprised of Hinduism,Islam,Sikhism,Christianity and Buddhism and each of them have different kind of believes.

According to google Hinduism is the oldest religion “Sanatan Dharma” which roots from more than 4,000 years and largest religion by population is Christianity.Every religion has their teachings which teaches their followers to lead a good life and do good deeds following our religion is deep rooted in us and somewhere it gives us feeling of belongingness it makes us feel that we belong to a certain community by following set of rules and regulations.Believing in any religion is a choice and also life style ,but there has been many changes in the past and changes may occur in future it is said that religion is “opium of the masses”,and  it is deep penetrated you can not separate a person from his religion , we do  have right to our religious practices as well and it truly on you what you want to follow but it is right until and unless it comes from within fostering our religion on other or looking down towards other  to gain more power and try to become superior is a wrong practice and this still prevails in our society and is practiced which is really bad for the society , anything forced is not good .

Every religion have more of a similar teaching they teach us to help the needy , to do good, should not be greedy etc.These are the things which is called humanity ,being good to others may not give us something valuable in return but it gives a sense of satisfaction and this is much greater than any materialistic things .Being good doesn’t costs us anything one act of kindness can help a needy person.So above all religion and beliefs their is humanity without this our world would be a terrible place to live in. There is no way we can stay happy by becoming evil towards other we should work together for making our world a better place by making humanity the superior because we can feel the essence of goodness is vanishing we have to work to restore it this is our place and we are the one who should take responsibility for this ,our surrounding effects in every possible ways so we should make it better so that we can be better each day.
