John Wick Chapter 4 Movie-review !

Every action movie lover's dream, John Wick Chapter 4 is a love letter to the art of creating action movies. The neo-noir genre has never looked better on the big scre movie .

I especially appreciate how they incorporated aspects from classic action movies into the plot. I must also honour Chad Stahelski, who gave us a fantastic conclusion to this wildly popular series. Another person I can't forget is Lance Reddick, who gave a sensational performance in the series even though he only had a minor part. May his soul rest in peace.

The characters and the drama that surrounds them as they navigate this bizarre criminal underworld, where everyone is their only friend, are what really set this tale apart. There are many new characters presented, but none of them are disposable because they all contribute something fresh and interesting that advances the story. And the protagonist of this story, Keanu Reeves, who portrays John Wick, a devoted husband, demonstrates once more why his work in this character will always be remembered as having revolutionised the action movie genre.

Although there is a large cast, everyone has an opportunity to shine and could easily be in their own movies.
With several outstanding battles of his own, Donnie Yen in particular proves once more why he is a legend in this field.
Since the first movie, I have been dying to see the names of Donnie Yen, Hiroyuki Sanada, and Scott Adkins in this series. Now, all three of them make their highly awaited Wick debuts and demonstrate why they are true pros in their fields.

While Sanada gives his character a stoic and regal air, an unrecognisable Adkins gives his character something wildly comical.
Bill Skarsgard creates a fantastic and frightening antagonist.
Both Rina Sawayama, a rookie, and Shamier Anderson leave us yearning to see more of their characters.
However, it goes without saying that Keanu is the star of this movie throughout, so he gets to carry everything with him!

In this gun-fu epic, Chad Stahelski doesn't hold back (or use the safeguard) at any point!
Combat scenes are more like complete acts than they are just a few moments.
Everyone had to synchronise to an amazing amount of stunt choreography, and they keep coming up with new ways to amuse us with kills, kill types, the use of various weapons, places, dogs, teamwork, etc.
While viewing it, I found myself grinning for several minutes straight!

The abundance of places and the incredibly vivid hues are also a visual feast.
The action and even just the conversation have the best backdrop thanks to the sharp atmospheric imagery.
Additionally excellent and ideally balancing the intensity is the sound.
It's just a complete sensory experience that, outside of the Wick category, you don't get in many action movies.

This was one of the most enjoyable moviegoing experiences I've ever had, and it makes you wonder how often you'll go back to witness this once-in-a-lifetime lesson in action filmmaking.

10/10 -- John Wick A contemporary masterpiece is Chapter 4.
