Adopting good habits can help you live a longer, happier, and healthier life. Do not let old and ineffective habits hold you back. You need to refresh your life and try to update the greatest version of yourself. here I am going to tell you 11 good habits that will certainly change your life. Let yourself come out of your comfort zone and start building these habits for a more productive, positive, and successful life

Wake up early. 

Change your sleeping schedule. A person who gets up early tends to be more energetic and lively. Getting up early instils you with positivity and you do your work in a fresh and happy mood.

Make your bed.

Please do make your bed after waking up regularly. Making your bed first thing every morning makes you feel good about yourself and motivates you to achieve your daily goals.

Do some exercise.

Physical activity is an important key to a healthy life. Exercise improves your memory and brain function. It also improves your quality of sleep and mental health. 

Stay hydrated.

First of all, I would like to suggest you drink a glass right when you wake up. Drink at least 3-5 liter water per day. Drinking water will flush out toxins and can increase energy. It also makes your skin glow and improves skin complexion.

Read more.

Read a chapter or 20 pages every day. Gain some knowledge. It makes you smart and also makes you more focused. It is a life changing habit. It increases empathy and also builds vocabulary.

Make a to-do list daily.

Making a to-do list will help you prioritize things and not skip your important call, meeting, or work. Plan your day regularly.

Learn to say “NO”.

It is important to learn to say “NO” to those things which are against your will or interest. Learning to say no can earn you respect from yourself and other people will value you, your time, your things more. It might hurt few people but sometimes it is necessary.

Surround yourself with positive people.

Surrounding yourself with positive people will bring out the best in you. Positive people help you grow and make your life stress-free. They motivate you and also help you achieve the greater things in your life.

Keep a journal.

Always keep a journal and jot down your thoughts or feelings. Sometimes writing helps to alleviate your stress. It also makes you more creative in how you think and helps you to know yourself better. The better you understand yourself the more effective you can be.

Speak less, listen more.

Be an active listener. It makes your relationship, even more, better and increases likability. You make better decisions with more clarity. Listening makes you understand people better. Successful people tend to listen more.

Practice gratitude.

Appreciate every little thing in your life. Always be thankful. Write 2-3 things daily you are grateful for. Spend some time with your loved ones. You will be far away from negativity and lead a good and happy life.

Developing these habits requires patience and constant effort. It will take time but it is worth it. Do not give up and trust yourself. You can do it. If you want to be successful be consistent.
