Udaipur:- Where the pride of the land of Mewar is from the sons of Maharana Pratap, the heroines here are no less. Padmini's Jauhar, Meera's Devotion, Pannadhaya's Sacrifice... The land of Mewar has such a golden history. The whole world praises the bravery and sacrifice of this earth. Mewar is special because of them. Come, let's talk about the heroic stories of some such heroes of Mewar, for whose sacrifices the soil is grateful even today. Even today, there are other inscriptions including their memorials in many places regarding the sacrifice of these heroes. On which the stories of their sacrifice are written. They come to see them.

“Pride of land ”

“ Padmini's Jauhar”:-

It is said that there were discussions about the beauty and the intelligence of Queen Padmini here, when Alauddin Khilji heard the praise of her beauty, he was fascinated by her. He wanted to see the queen, then he asked Rawal Ratan Singh to return to Delhi after showing a glimpse of his wife. in the pool when he saw the beauty of the queen, he felt like taking her away from there. He deceitfully took Rawal Ratan Singh captive and demanded Padmini for his salvation. But to protect her chastity, the queen committed Jauhar one by one along with the other queens of the palace and ended her life.

"Meera, the exclusive devotee of Krishna":-

Meera was an exclusive devotee of Shri Krishna. Meera was born in Merta in 1498. His father was the king of Merta. When Meera Bai was very young, her mother told Shri Krishna as her bridegroom. Meera accepted this as true. This had such an effect on her that she accepted Shri Krishna as her everything. In 1516 AD, Meera married the prince of Mewar From Bhojraj. He had a feeling of attachment towards Meera, but Meera could not stop worshiping Shri Krishna even after her marriage. She considered Krishna as her husband and sang hymns to him like a vairagin. How could the dynasty of Mewar accept that their queen should lead a life like a recluse? plotted to kill themBegan to go But, Meera's love was unconditional, so even the poison became nectar. He devoted his whole life to Krishna. Meera's dedication to Krishna's love is remembered even today. The Meera temple is built on the fort of Chittorgarh in Mewar itself. Devotees come here and they are worshipped.
