Oh No! Humans Are Becoming Aliens

I really don't know Aliens can breathe or not! But I'm sure that Humans are not breathing correctly. Do you agree? Breathing is a natural and necessary action that allows our bodies to absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide. Breathing is inhaling air into the lungs, where oxygen is taken and supplied to the body's cells, and exhaling carbon dioxide, a waste product of cellular metabolism. We should inhale for 1 to 1.5 seconds and exhale for 1.5 to 2 seconds daily. Now tell me are we breathing correctly? We people don't even have time to breath right. How busy we are! Do you know what are the consequences we will face by breathing improperly? Do you know breathing through upper chest is wrong? Then why are you doing? What should we do?

Problems caused by improper breathing?

Shallow breathing can lead to panic attacks, dry mouth and weariness, exacerbate respiratory difficulties, and is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Lung disorders, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and heart problems such as heart failure, are common causes of feeling short of breath. This way of breathing also causes tension in other sections of the body, which can lead to a variety of difficulties in everyday life.

Then How should we breathe?

To optimize your breathing technique, continue by becoming more conscious of your breathing throughout the day. Take note of how you breathe during different activities and emotional situations. Pay attention to the depth, rhythm, and position of your breath. This improved awareness will assist you in identifying any areas that may require improvement.

Make deep breathing exercises a part of your everyday regimen. Make time each day to focus on your breath and practise calm, deep inhalations and exhalations. You can employ the previously described deep breathing or diaphragmatic breathing techniques. Consistent practice can help retrain your body to breathe in a more natural and efficient manner.

Relaxation practices such as meditation, yoga, or progressive muscle relaxation can help. These practices frequently include deep breathing and might assist you in learning to relax and breathe more effectively.

Remember, changing breathing habits takes time and consistent effort. With practice and patience, you can develop a healthier and more efficient breathing pattern.
