Vegetables are the parts of plants that are eaten by us (human) as well as animals. It vcan be eaveten raw or cooked and it is a good source of vitamins and minerals and provides nutritions. It has one more advantage that it is low in fat and carbohydrates so it is helpful for the people who are food concious. In our daily life to stay fit and healthy we must add these vegetables in our diet. Some of the vegetables and their benefits are:
- Spinach :- It is a leafy green vegetable and is considered to be the healthiest vegetable among all.
