Welcome to the third blog in dealing with depression series.
This blog is about you and your isolation bubble. Now let us look deeper into what actually is this isolation bubble. Have you felt like you just want to stay alone for no reason. There are times in everyone's life where they want to stay alone without any reason. Isolation bubble is generally used for introverts, but the isolation bubble one creates around themselves in depression is different from that. This bubble is a space you create around yourself where you don't allow anyone to enter – be it your family, friends or even the things and events that you once enjoyed doing.
You brain creates this bubble around you, sometimes its visible in your actions when you start to stay away from people as much as you can drowning in your own harmful thoughts. And sometimes this bubble is invisible to others but you can feel it because it will create a heavy head and suffocate you even when you are standing in fresh air.
This is all that I could get out from my depression. These are the lessons I have learned. NO MATTER WHATHAPPENS IN YOUR LIFE YOU HAVE TO LIVE ON! Always remember life is already too short, you don't have to shorten it more because there is only one thing we all run after – Happiness.
“One can find happiness in the darkest of time, if they only remember to switch on the lights."
A famous quote from Harry Potter. It says more than enough. You don't need to search for happiness. It's always there, sometimes there is a blackout in life and we think we lost it, but even the slightest intensity of light can find it.
When hard times arrive don't complain, thank God because those times have come to upgrade you. To become the best version of yourself you will have to shed your former skin like snakes and that's how you grow.
Everything in life happens for some reason, at some points we might know what or why a few things are happening, but trust me – it's all happening for better.
“You just have to keep going. Just don't think and do what your heart says. If there is something that makes you happy, it doesn't has to make any sense to anyone else.”
The next post will be the last post in this depression series. I hope when you go out of these blogs you don't remain the old you. Take from the very least to utmost from these blogs and LIVE!
Like always say – you are loved and valid. Please don't go without giving your precious smile of the day :)
