My Fitness Story So Painful

hey as i told you i ended the korean section , this blog is a slight distraction. my next blogs will be about other countries.

now the blog is about my fitness story. actually i am a very lazy person, i cannot live without food. food is my best buddy, not only indian i try food of other countries but not extreme foods like sashimi or octopus. i feel like dying if i eat them. i think most of the people like eating but the stress point is the weight you gain after eating.

my family has a lot of lower body fat. all of the members in our family has a lot of lower body fat that is thighs , butt and hips. during my schooling i don't have any fat in my body because i played sports . after entering college i stopped doing physical activities and concentrated on eating (not studying) haha lol, even though i ate a lot i maintained my weight by taking long walks and i used to run in the morning and going to marathon or cycling. 

after pandemic started i came back to my home , you all know once you stay in your comfort zone there is no need of doing anything. you just eat, sleep , binge. all i did was eat , watch dramas , sleep and gain weight. i gained almost 12kgs of weight in 6 months. i took me a year to loose all of that.

as you know i cannot cut down my food, so i started slowly adding things to my diet without cutting the usual ones. i started having herb tea hot or cold anything will be good. i stopped eating after 6pm. i did that for first 6 months. after 6 months i added one more item which is also a herb tea but it is a ginseng tea which makes you feel relaxed and light. 

after having tea i do a light exercise like plank, push ups, squats. my upper body doesn't have any fat. if anybody sees only my upper body they think i am not eating at all, if you see my lower body you will think i am obese. it is all because of my family. so i concentrated more on lower body so i did everything that includes only legs and butt. 

from last 3 months i am doing plank, donkey push ups, squats, single leg lunges, wall sits, stair climbing. these are working so well. my body fat has reduced but still i have to loose more, so i am trying for it.
