Blackmarketing is the common thing in our country today. We are forced to pay at exorbitant rates. Poor and needy people have to buy the oxygen cylinder in this pandemic covid crisis. Their high demand and low supply result in blackmarketing. This is high time for the business dealers to be happy. They make maximum profits by selling these cylinders in the black market.
The oxygen cylinders production is low and the patients increasing day by day is making them feel helpless. Amid surging covid cases,deaths and frenzy for oxygen,there is increasing black market People are dying because of the shortage of oxygen cylinders. Some businessman creating artificial shortage so that they can allow the demand to go up. People need to sell these emergency products at low rates as the people of their own country is suffering from the harmful virus. The humanity and innocence of people is decreasing day by day. People are becoming selfish for their own motives.
In this pandemic,the dealers have got the golden opportunity to cheat people. The oxygen cylinders have been sold at Rs 1,00,000.Their scams are designed to spoil the society when all of us are extremely vulnerable.Hearing of cries can be heard for the oxygen.Hospitals are blocking beds in fake names to make money.One woman have to sell her mangalsutra(marriage chain) for her covid positive husband. She don't have enough balance for the hospital bed.Therefore ,in an emergency she have done whatever she could do for the safety for her husband.
Some pharmacy have caught in the auctioning of the Remdesivir drugs.The price is six times the retail price. It has been stolen and sold in the market at higher prices taking advantage of the corona patients. Some oxygen cylinders are seized by the police officers by the black marketers. Some of them are selling fake vials by looting at hefty prices. People running day by day to get the medicines for their dear ones but none of them got the medicine at original price. They have to take at higher rates for saving their families in an emergency situation.
Though some patients lucky to get oxygen but still couldn't get hospitals beds facilities and forced to sleep in corridors and even sharing beds with one another though it will worsen their health because it is infectious virus spreading through coming in contact with each other. People are found lying in the washroom. They were loosing life without proper care. Hospital staff were visiting the ward occassionally.There was not enough staff to give care for everyone. Families couldn't afford the daily hospital bills which they were spending about Rs 1.25-Rs1.5 lakh a day on treatment at the private hospitals.People has become hopeless for saving the life of their loved ones. People selling their jewellery which they have stored for their future needs in exchange for their lifeline.
Youngsters have to pay high prices in private hospitals as the centre was not providing vaccines.Some of the politics was earning high commission through private hospitals. The vaccines which were supposed to be supplied to state governments are being send to private hospitals. The vaccines which was given for free from state government are not getting anything but private hospitals are getting huge supplies.
The more suprising fact is that government couldn't give free ration but is serving liquor at the doorstep. They should concentrate more on healthcare systems so that people would not die during the pandemic.People couldn't get free oxygen even while treating at home. There are also children orphaned in the pandemic loosing both their parents. They are in need of immediate care. The government should cater the basic needs like food,shelter and clothes.
Citizens has forgotten their duties. The first duty of the citizen is his loyalty to the country when he is born and living. Every citizen should love his country. He should be ready to do everything for his country in a national crisis or danger. If necessity ,he should be ready to help for the good and welfare of his country. He should try to serve it in as many ways he can. There are some people in our nation who has contributed the funds and emergency kits in the current covid situation. People from another country has shown helping hand to our country. We need people like this to maintain peace and harmony for the country. These people have shown the hope that humanity is still alive and we can fight against this pandemic.
People that is dominated by money can never cure the current pandemic for money breeds corruption.Money unites the corrupt elements in our country.Remedy has become more worse than the virus.The vultures need to be exposed and harshly punished by the courts for dealing the life of the person with money.
Black marketers should be dealt with strictly. They should not be allowed to indulge in blackmarketing.The government should be alert.But the society should also have to fight to put an end to this practice of hoarding and blackmarketing.
