          In our day to day life ,we can face many challenges.We can experience a happy moments as well as some misery ones.Mostly all people want a happy and a peaceful life.Our thoughts and our actions can impact our day to day life.So we have to change our life to lead a better one.So we have to follow some  measures.They are,

1.) Wake up early in the morning.

2.) Meditation.

3.)Drink more water.

4.)Keep your surroundings clean.

5.)Stay away from electronic appliances.

6.) Take hygienic food.

7.) Spend time with nature.

8.)Get better sleep.

9.) Systematic planning of our actions.

10.)Self checking.

      These ideas can improve our life.Waking early in the morning is a common idea but it helps to get fresh mind.By meditation ,we can have a peaceful mind.Drinking more water helps to maintain a good health and also it helps to flush out toxins from our body.Our surroundings can impact our mind.We can get positive thoughts and feelings .B being closed to electronic apiances can lead a harmful effects on our health both physically and mentally.Our health is an important factor.It may effected by the food that we take.Nature is a positive energy, connecting with nature increases positive emotions and feelings.Our sleep affects our mental and physical health.It can balance our productivity,day time energy, weight and emotional balance.A systematic planning is a framework helps for implementation, control and evaluation of our activities.It also helps to reach our goals.Self check helps for self improvement.We are able to know our strengths and weakness by self checking.

    In our today's generation, people are leading life as a competition.They are running to get the highest place in societal fame.They are only focussing about money and game.They are also not spending their time with family ones also. This type of life increases a mental health disorders. Nowadays people are facing mainly mental health issues.They are getting tense feelings, psychological disorders etc.Also they are destroying nature which is an indirect destruction of their own lives and their future generations.So we have to lead a live which can follow a slogan-"Live and let live".Peace have to be spreaded by  all around us.This can helps us to live a happy and peaceful life.
