Early To Bed, Early To Rise.. ☀

We all have heard this rhyme in our childhood days that

EARLY TO BED, EARLY TO RISE, MAKES A PERSON HEALTHY , WEALTHY AND WISE. 

Have we ever wondered what is the secret behind it? Why the old people follow this routine and has better immune system and mental health than compared to us? Did we ever tried finding out what's the reason behind it? Come let's talk about it . 

A person who gets sleep late is expected to wake up late . A person who sleeps early is sure to wake up early in the morning and will have much more advantage over the other late risers. 

It is said that the more early you wake up, the easier your work becomes to handle and manage. You not only get time for the studies and your work but also you get time for yourself. 

Chirping of birds, fresh and quiet atmosphere in the morning makes you feel better than yesterday and you get energy to deal with your problem. The beauty of nature is seen in the morning hours.By waking up early you also get time to analysis your problem or work and try different ways to your solution. Just because you have enough time in your hand. You eat and chew your food properly because you have no time issues and not in hurry too.

Our saints believe that 2 hours before the sunrise is the best time for students and also for them,who prefer growing in life. It is the time between 4-6 am in the morning. In this time, your mind is calm and fresh because of which you attract more of good and positive energies. Little bit of yoga and meditation can make your brain work in smooth manner. In the early morning, you get more of peaceful environment and no disturbance and distraction is there.

The quality of sleep we get at night is one of the important part of our growing life. We get better sleep with our plans ready what to do next in the morning you wake up. According to scientists , setting up a sleeping routine should be considered as very crucial and essential part of human lives. It will give them good sleep and they wake up with happy mood. 

In the initial few days, it will be difficult for you to get up and follow this routine. But once you get habituated to it,you will consider this routine to be worth following. Even in the cold winter days, you will not take great efforts to wake up in the morning cause you have already build up this habit of waking up early in the morning. 

I, myself experienced it and still following this routine with great pleasure can assure you it's worth waking up early. It surely fills a person with good health, prosperous life and the person automatically becomes wiser.
