The word love is so nice..but not everyone succeeds in love..but when this success is not achieved it also makes a living man a corpse ..... when love is not successful that man chooses to be alone.  He tries to talk less with people.  When they talk, those people say the same thing, forget it, man also knows why he forgets man ... no one can take that man's place in his life ... when man alone  He doesn't know what to do when he is there, he just feels peace away from the world and sometimes the man cries from inside. For some people, this loneliness eats them from inside.  Pushes ....

Loneliness is a universal human emotion that is both complex and unique to each individual. Because it has no single common cause, the prevention and treatment of this potentially damaging state of mind can vary dramatically.

Researchers have found that low levels of loneliness are associated with marriage, higher incomes, and higher educational status. High levels of loneliness are associated with physical health symptoms, living alone, small social networks, and low-quality social relationships.

Tips prevent and overcome loneliness

Distract yourself from those feelings of loneliness and make a date with yourself. Do you have a hobby you've always wanted to take up or a home improvement project that's been lingering on your to-do list? Take some time to invest in yourself and your interests and keep your mind occupied in the process.

Consider community service or another activity that you enjoy.  These situations present great opportunities to meet people and cultivate new friendships and social interactions.

 Expect the best.  Lonely people often expect rejection, so instead focus on positive thoughts and attitudes in your social relationships.

 Focus on developing quality relationships.  Seek people who share similar attitudes, interests, and values ​​with you.

 Recognize that loneliness is a sign that something needs to change.

 Understand the effects of loneliness on your life.  There are physical and mental repercussions for loneliness.
