The importance of excersizing is something that we can talk about all day. This is not only for the men. Since I have been writing about self improvement series. Some of you have been thinking that this was all for men. No it isn't. I believe women are as equal as men. Therefore to level up with men women should too work on their self.
There is no shame or shyness in excersizing for women . It is one of the best and simple habit you can implement and in the long run it will really pay you and help you to be in shape.
You should workout for a minute every day just after you woke up(both men and women). That's it. As it sounds is as simple as that. This won't even feel like a task . And it's benifits are going to make you wonder.working out gives you a lot of energy, persistence, karma etc,. Which are powerups for your body. The more you do it the more you are going to get is not true. The more consistent you becomes the more you'll get.
Working out for a minute everyday can help you boost your metabolism. Which means you will have a good stomach and most part of the things that you eats gets absorbed on to your body and helps to keep it fit.
I'm not asking for you to do a full gym course.just a casual body weight workout at the beginning of the day. I don't know that much about the workout for mens .but I do know workouts like pushups, situps etc,. Has a full body effect. It is essential to be in shape on some relationships (not everyone).
Excersizing first in the morning makes your blood flowing more and will help you in your daily activities. This is a positive that you can feel short term benifits from this habit. And in the long term it will motivate you to workout more. Because as now you are doing it for one minute .you will probably feel good about yourself and you'll go back to do more. In this way you will have a well fit body in the long run.
Summary:- do any bodyweight workout for one minute just after you wake up.Benifit:- increases blood flowing and will give you a positive energy for the day.
