Stop Shaming!! Keep The Opinions To Yourself!!

So What's this shaming all about? It's just not body, its skin colour, teeth colour, teeth size, sharp nose and what not..

Well as an individual, I myself have and is still facing most of the above. And I don't know when people are going to learn basic boundaries and keep their opinions to themselves.

It may be a joke to one but a killer of confidence that he/she has built for so many years. That joke puts back the people in their shells, pushes to levels where one has to undertake therapy or even might start doubting themselves.

It's not just an opinion or words or comments but the looks on people's faces when they see someone not in the “ to-be-perfect shape or size”.

Do people with such superficial opinion on everybody's appearance know how much they are chunk up some one else's confidence, the confidence to smile, the confidence to dress or at the least, the confidence to show up?

It's always the first circle, the circle who you believe will accept however you are.

My maternal uncles and aunt have kids and they are in school while I'm in my mid 20's. They feed their ego and their children's pride by just teasing me how taller they have become than me, how heavier they are than me. SERIOUSLY??

My inner circle doesn't complaint but they don't standup for me when servant maids or family friends can't keep their opinion to themselves but shower their care and love via their "PRICKING & UNWANTED WORDS".

I used to be a person with inferiority complex who wont smile (Coz it's not the so called perfect) or wont dress up just because people make comments on me.

But few months back, I came out of my nutshell and started to pose for photos and wear dresses that I've been longing to wear for years together. All kudos to my sisters and my friend who arranged a photoshoot for my 25th B'day.

I would  be very glad if this blog could help someone open up, get out of their nutshell because

               “ IT'S YOUR BODY, IT'S YOUR LIFE ”

It's you who have to decide what you want to wear, how you to want to pose, how much you want to smile ..

                         & NOBODY ELSE….
