I was experienced depression at my middle school . I wasn't able to concentrate on my studies. I starting to oversleep and i ate a lot . People says βThe human body is the greatest machine β,but they doesn't care about the major faults in that machine.At that age , I can't express what's going on my mind . I attempted suicide for more than 10 times at the age of 15. The world doesn't care about anything. And finally i realised that i am the pain and i am the only cure . I started overcome my depression by eating my favourite food, since i am a foodie, food gives me peace, gives me comfort , gives me confidence ngl π. So , i suggest to eat your favourite cuisine on your favourite restaurant, it is not necessary to be very expensive.. eating golgappa is also enrich your mood .You can aso try street food which is so yummy and worth all our money
And the second tip i used is reading books in my favourite genre, i love rom-com books .I started to read books whenever i feel depressed and lonely.I prefer the books which has happy ending to make your heart warming
I started to exercise, this builds my self confidence and help me to fight my mental illness .Due to oversleep, i felt myself very lazy at that time. Exercising everyday gives me absolute activeness and boosts self esteem. If you're feeling depressed, there are many ways for developing our physical health, you can invest in a gym or you can also workout at home , there are many videos available on YouTube for workout at home ..
In this world, your first priority is should be you β¦only you π―

So , trying new things will be worth it
And the other thing is my skin was so worsen at that stage,so a minimal skincare is very important. Skincare is not makeup , it's not a sophistication, i's a basic need π― Investment in a good skin products is mandatory
