It becomes more common that early morning green tea gives us a fresh start, a healthy, and anti-oxidant-filled one. About the last part, it is not true as the anti-oxidant content of green tea is high. As a matter of fact, the Anti-oxidant content of green tea is 1mmol ONLY.
Two commonly available foods which contain a high level of anti-oxidant are Mint leaves and Indian gooseberry.

Mint leaves= 103 mmol.
If drinking tea is giving you freshness and a clear mind I agree with drinking tea. But in searching for nutrition and antioxidant, I disagree. Green tea lack anti-oxidant and the nutritional value is also small tiny content only. Other recipes are mint lassi, mint leaves pannacotta, pudina rice, and Grilled minted chicken.
As a general rule don't just buy the things that are displayed in the supermarket that are flashy, in the sale, discount as they are not good for your health. Let we just talk about MAIDA.
