Besides these all, there are many advantages of it. Like it's addictive, it may affect our health. People are so busy in their mobile phone that have no time for their loves ones. I used to use mobile phone a lot and it had become an addiction I used to use it 11-12 hours a day which is a lot.
There's an inbuild application on newly launched phones "Digital Wellbeing" where you can see your activities like how much you use your phone, which app you use the most, etc

Mobile is neither good nor bad, it's totally dependent on you that how you use it, many people use mobile phone in a good way but many people don't use it, mobile use them.
If you are addictive and you want to get rid of this addiction just follow these tips -
• Set a timer
First of all promise to yourself that I will use mobile less from now and set a timer in yoyr phone of 1hr and tell yourself that you will use it only for 1 hr at a time then you will do something productive. It will gradually kill your addiction.
• Make a list of tasks
Yes, you need to make a list of some tasks to be done. If you have tasks to be done then you will focus there rather than wasting your time on phone. So make a to do list and complete those tasks. You can use your mobile phone as a reward. Use it as a reward. Like after studying for 1 hr, you can use your phone for 10 minutes and again get to the work.
• Turn off all notifications
You need to do this because it distracts us too much. Sometimes it happens that we are going to keep away our mobile but then a notification pops up and we click there and then we don't realise that when 1 or 3 hours passed. So it is necessary to turn off the notifications of your phone.
• Keep mobile phone health disadvantages in your mind
Using more mobile phone can affect your health in a bad way . The radiation coming from mobile phone can cause headache and brain tumour and it also drains your energy. Sometimes you would have been felt lower energy after using mobile for a long period of time. It is because of radiation from your phone.
Everything has disadvantages if it is done too much. So keep your life balanced, do some physical activities, do something productive and enjoy your life.
