It's been abandoned since the 1990s when the family fled abruptly. Two years later, it was sold to the Mirza family, who used it as a "Hotel". They know the gruesome history of the Villa. But the Mirza family members don't believe in such things so to escape from all these things, a priest was called and then closed that door. And they told everyone in public that now there are no ghosts here, this place is safe to live in. After some time people started coming and staying.

Wait now you must be feeling that everything is over. 
The story will begin now.

(Liza one of the visitors & Ishaan one of the staff members)
Liza: WAO SUCH A BEAUTIFUL ROOM, I LOVE IT.
Ishaan: THANK YOU, MA'AM. YOUR LUGGAGE HAS BEEN KEPT, IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE CALL ME.
Lam: OHK.

On the same night. Liza was so freaked out when she saw the alleged ghost that she ran out of the room and then saw a hanging shadowy corpse with its throat slit in the hallway. She fainted. On the other side, two of the staff members heard the sound of an infant crying.
1st person: WHOSE BABY IS CRYING?
2nd person: LEAVE IT, WE HAVE MORE WORK TO DO.
Then both of them saw a woman in the hall who was cutting her baby with a knife, then they understood why the baby was crying.

 Both of them ran away out of fear. They told the manager but when the recording was seen they found nothing. The manager shouted at both of them “GOOD EXCUSE, NOE BACK TO YOUR BACK”. After a few hours, Ishaan came running to the manager. 
Manager: NOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?
Ishaan: SIR, A LOT OF BLOOD IS COMING OUT OF THE WAITING ROOM. I KNOCKED ON THE DOOR, CALLED A LOT BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.
Quickly recording check, both were in shock then immediately called the police. The police went straight to the waiting room and found the dead body of the family members in them. Then they watched the recording to find out what happened.

Husband murdered his wife with a ball-peen hammer and attempted to murder his three children before drinking acid to kill himself. Fortunately, his eldest daughter let out a scream when he struck her in the head, waking up the younger children who then walked into the hallway to find out what was going on. During the commotion, they were all able to run.
